Enable developer mode Updates and Security ­> For Developers.
Create new / fake Microsoft account at signup.live.com.
Login into Windows User Profile with that account.
Disable the antivirus and install the game.
After install, a black window will appear, press “3” and then “Y” after that confirm by pressing “Enter”.
Run the game from desktop shortcut.
Play and enjoy.
You can also play offline after 1 or 2 races by enabling “Offline Permission” in your windows store setting.
For Blizzard Mountain DLC, run “OpusRelease” from desktop.
